It was very nice. The staff was amazing, I lost my dog a tiny chihuahua and the management was awesome , they posted her picture. There was more patrons that were staying there helped looked for her. We found her and everyone was very happy. I am so grateful to have located this place. I will always stay here when I come to town. This place is amazing, clean , comfortable with a loving staff.

We were in town for a graduation, the hotel is under construction so the pool and exercise room were closed, I loved the room with the fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burners! I loved the no carpet in the rooms. The hot breakfast was great even without the meat. If I had to add to the hotel; I would add a laundry room, some meat to the breakfast, different bed frames (Quiet) and an ashtray outside for us smokers, my biggest pet peeve is to see butts on the ground. Trash Cans were available sadly there are some smokers on this earth that have no smoking etiquette. The morning and night female clerks were amazing! I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again...can't wait to see the finished remodel.

This hotel was excellent for the things that really matter to me when staying away from home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sam! I stayed in two different rooms during my four nights and both rooms were very clean (newly remodeled) and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star review was the breakfast. If the breakfast provided does not matter to you, then I promise you will love everything else about your stay!

There was a cat in the bathroom wall, When we went to search moved trash can found a big hole filled with towels and etc. They moved us from the room and put us in next room. I hope they got the cat out

The pros: pet friendly, affordable, and polite staff. The cons: dirty, odor, and the elevator. We enjoyed seeing glimpses of the animals in the hotel. This hotel also had the lowest room rate we could find while not being entirely run-down. We asked for an extra blanket and were quickly accommodated! We booked two rooms. Room 1 had a stink bug invasion around the window. The rest of Room 1 was fine. Room 2 had stains which looked like someone had spit everywhere. The counter, the table, the walls, the shower, the sink. But the beds were clean. There is/was mold on the ceiling of the top floor. The elevator was pretty scary but at least the building only has three floors. The elevator inspection sticker claims the last inspection was 2015.

The elevator was down so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The pool was closed, which was very disappointing because that’s the whole reason I booked the room. We didn’t get greeted when we walked in, I thought the concierge was a guest before he asked did we have a reservation.

The staff consisting of “Sam” & VJ were above & beyond as well as the cleaning people. Could not ask for better because there is NONE BETTER!!! We stayed on 3rd (THIRD) Floor for 10 Days with NO ELEVATOR & NO HOT WATER (for 4 days) and that really was bad as we are in our 70’s. Yes, EVERYONE CAN USE THE EXERCISE HOWEVER That was not Ideal & we know some things are out of your control. We hope for some compensation for future stays there. We are from that area & your Miamisburg Location is PERFECT AS WE HOPE YOUR HOTEL WILL REMAIN & stay on top of the necessary equipment repairs.
