The room and bed were very comfortable. The reception were not the most welcoming, but were efficient. The parking lot is oddly shaped making it difficult to park. There were remodeling happening which made it pretty noisy during the daytime.

Breakfast and service were great. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel parking is open. It is a two story building so it feels more like a motel in that sense. There is a bus station at walking distance. The hotel is located inside a neighborhood not the city center, which is good. There are also several restaurants near by. Make sure you book your tours before arriving in the city and learn as much as you can about the place and what to do while in it.

The location is right by downtown which gives you easy access to the town. The customer service was ok but not too attentive or nice everyone kind of ignores you mostly, Breakfast was good, I liked the chilaquiles. The rooms are small and outdated, especially the TVs. I wouldn't stay here for the price I paid again. There was more modern options for the same rate about 5 minutes away from downtown.

Room booked not available
Had a King Suite booked. Hotel told me the room that was going to be given to me was still being used. They said they would call me as soon as room was available. More than 6 hours passed and I never received a call. Go back to hotel and they tell me that the person that was in that room called them and asked for an extra night. They gave me a regular double bed room because it was the only thing available now. Asked to speak to manager and was told he would be there at 8am. 8am came along and manager didn't show up. Horrible service, and worst of all was that I got offered a free breakfast buffet when you already get free breakfast with your booking. Totally a bad booking so watch out.

las instalaciones son buenas, la habitación limpia, el desayuno bueno pero el chico de recepción ,me hizo varios cobros y termine pagando mas de lo que la plataforma me habia calculado, ya no pude reclamar por que teníamos el tiempo justo, mi calculo me cobraron casi 700 mas
