The room was clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The parking was pretty tight but worked. The room was little. We couldn’t pass each other when crossing the room, we took turns. The shower was little. There wasn’t a hair dryer so take your own. The staff was kind and helpful.

Property is older and ventilation in bathroom is insufficient. A lot of people in parking lot at night talking was moderately noisy. Parking lot is compact and had to back my f150 4dr 6.5’ bed back out of parking lot to get out, back parking lot has no access to street bottlenecking parking lot entrance and egress but for the price it was good sheets are clean and overall clean.

The first room given smelled like a pet lived in there. I couldn't stay in it, walked in, then out, the hotel was not full, but they put us right in the middle of families and you could hear everything from the room next door. Not the best experience. and the shower curtain was too short to keep the water from going onto the floor, hmm? It's the little things that make me say it was ok at best.

This is a former Motel 6 property that has been relicensed under Choice Hotels. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower needs more water pressure and a longer shower curtain so water doesn’t spill out onto the floor. A decent little property with a little extra work.

Reception staff were really helpful, room was clean and we'll maintenaned, you can tell it's been recent refurbished. My only negative was there was no hairdryer on the room or available which I only found out ONCE I'd washed my hair, a little frustrating. Overall great value for money and decent location.

Helpful staff. Room was very clean. Very big flat screen TV. AC worked pretty good, August 2026, still very warm in SLC. If your up to a half mile walk there are lots of restaurants for you to choose from. Starbucks is across the street. Laundry machine was not working, Luckily I didn't have to do laundry while I was there. Continental breakfast was very small. Coffee, cereal, muffins, and some fruit. Stayed two nights, Good stay overall. If I ever happen to stay there again I would request a room in the back. Front of hotel has the street and afternoon sun to contend with. The street is not that busy so road noise wasn't a factor, more for the sun, in the summer anyway. Forgive any typos.

The shower curtain is short and water will be splashed everywhere if you move too much in the shower. Overall nice location and clean rooms. But the room we stayed in was kind of small and difficult to put two big pieces of luggage.

Motel was old and run down. There was only one driveway in and out-the two other exit gates were locked up. Room was dirty. Trash can was full and there were stains and hairs on the bed sheets. We were given another room and there were stains, crumbs of some sort, and hairs in the bed sheets in that room as well. We checked right back out and went to another hotel in same area. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

No ice machine in this heat not good. After this location was remodeled from an old Motel 6, it reopened several weeks ago as the Park Inn. Our room was so what okay but the remodeling job was substandard. We woke up the next morning with ants in our room.

The room was not clean, there was food on the floor and the shower floor was gross. I never stepped on the bare floor. The room phone did not work, there was not secure WiFi with a password. There were vagrants all around the property and I was worried about security. There was vomit on the parking area outside my room. Finally, they insisted on a “deposit” on my credit card even though I had paid for the room in full.
