At first we were assigned a room someone else was already staying in. The key didn't work, fortunately, and someone else told us the room was occupied. The receptionist apologized and gave us another room, which had a full clogged toilet. I can't remember if we tried one or two more rooms (at least one room didn't have a working phone to call the front desk, and in one the bathroom light was out), and the receptionist told us that there would probably be an issue with any room, so we stuck with one of them. He was very friendly and as helpful as he could be, but the state of the property was shocking.
