Well located in Porto
Well located to shopping, restaurants and walkable to all the sights of Porto. Very clean apartment and secure. Washing machine a bonus. The electrics need some attention, flickering lamp when plugged in and power outlet in main bedrooms bit dodgy. Pictures are accurate but the place is very small, smaller than we were expecting. Overall a great place for a few nights

Not Worth It. Go Elsewhere.
Disaster from the outset. Organised a shuttle from the airport. Was told could not meet for check-in but gave instructions. No shutrle was there upon arrival. Manager said that there won't be one that could meet us. We had to cab during the busiest afternoon period and cost more than the shuttle. Apartment was clean but very dated and many broken things like towel hanger and shower head holder. Reasonably central to shops and cafes. Main centre seems to be about 700m away. The manager made the experience forgettable. We tried contacting many times to no avail as the front door broke and we couldn't get out and the other guests were stuck in the bitter cold for over 1 hour. We also had my wife's brother stuck in the room as no responding to us and we pleaded through calls and messages through the whatsapp number but again, no avail. We had to call the ambulance and fire brigade. They opened the front door to the hotel and then our room to find him passed out on sleeping tablets and mixed with alcohol. We had to take to emergency. The Dr said that this was made worse by the time to get to hospital. He is now recovering back in Lisbon. The managers response was utterly dismissive and like it was all our fault. I had my sisyer call from Australia and he never picked up so she went back to sleep. "We don't have 24h service. When you called our number and not whatsapp, i called you right back. And texted you. You didn't answer. I could never predict this was happening"

The views were outstanding. It was very clean. Despite our late arrival (plane was diverted to Spain due to bad weather at the airport) we were still booked in upon our arrival, given instructions re the apartment, given recommendations on where to eat, visit and the location of supermarkets etc. We were provided with replacement towels etc. during our week long stay. It was quiet throughout our stay so sleeping was not an issue at all. Overall we would stay again, if we were to return to Porto one day. A very minor point but I would like larger glass tumblers and cups in the kitchen.
