I enjoyed my stay here. It was a little cramped to what I am used to here in America but I will definitely come back again. You will not get anywhere close to a facility like this in the US for the price. I just got to say this was a pleasant stay. I would recommend if only your average size. Walk to ueno station about 15 min or take subway, ginza line which is even closer to the hotel. Room was very very dirty and extremely small. Need to ask for kitchen tools…bare minimum given. Would not book here again.

Room is very clean and organize. The location is not bad. Ginza subway is about 5 minutes from the hotel. They have a construction in go on from 8 am to 6 PM and the bath room is very small. Overall, it is not bad.

The staff is great! The room is a little small so it is hard to move around. I was in 701 i recommend something different because it is close to the stairs and you can hear people coming and going. The location is so close to the subway and the area just feels safe. The staff will provide you with cooking items if you request it. Get your food at the family mart down the street, the staff there is also very kind. They do not clean/turn down the room everyday you must request it. There was mold in the bathroom and around the sink area there was also dust located in the speaker and around the AC. There was also construction going on so sleeping in is not a thing, but I'm sure once it is done you will be fine. The staff will give you an umbrella if it is raining. Overall i would go back to this hotel, having such a welcoming staff and a washer & dryer in the hotel area was wonderful. The building will lock up at 11pm so you will need a code to get back inside the hotel which was another thing i really liked.
