Excellent Stay!
Very convenient location to the metro and other downtown locations. The staff is super friendly. The daily happy hour was a lot of fun. Restaurant food and drinks were well priced and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. Daily breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices.

Not pet Friendly or pocketbook friendly.
The hotel is advertised as Pet Friendly but they are not. When we asked where the pet relieving area is they told us to lift our dog up into the planter boxes by the road. This is not acceptable pet accommodation. So not worth the $75 non-refundable pet charge. Also, the parking charges are terrible as well wether you use the Valet service or the parking garage, one night will cost $50 on the low end .

Watch out for the so called Reception's hour.
Hotel offers reception hour with complimentary drinks for each guest. Well, at least that was what we thought. Wife ordered a beer for what we thought was an upcharge of $3, but was charged $13 for the beer. Room was okay other than one of the large blinds did not work so we were woken early from the sunshine. Wish the stay was better and even contacted the hotel via their own website and still have not heard back from them. Definite disappointment.

Overall, great stay
Overall must stay was pretty good. Very good location, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty clean. I felt like it could’ve been a little cleaner. There were some AC vents that had lots of dust. The sofa bed mattress very dirty and very springy. I feel like the caliber of hotel that it should’ve had a more comfortable for the sofa bed and the mattresses probably need to be cleaned or rotated or switched out to a newer one. I was in room 1142
