Location and staff are excellent. However, we booked and paid for a superior double sea view room and we’re allocated rooms 348. It was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no space for your legs between the end of the toilet and the shower screen and you had to shower sideways to get wet because the shower was in a really narrow recess. The bathroom door didn’t open properly because of the tiling and neither the safe, fridge or balcony lights worked. The bed is a concrete base and very uncomfortable. We saw inside another room which was much better.

Overlooking pretty harbour.
The hotel is very central, close to shops, bars and other amenities but at the same time very peaceful as it's in a pedestrianised area, so no cars or noisy scooters. Happy staff and a lovely atmosphere. They have their own bar outside where you can have drinks, sit and watch the world go by.
