Beautiful apartment overlooking Airlie Beach
The apartment was stunning. It had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor terrace was a lovely place to sit and eat and overlook the bay. The pool was lovely, though very warm in January :-) Beating bedrooms and bathrooms. Car park space provided too. The ladies at reception were very friendly also. Would love to go back sometime.

Very nice hotel apartments and the location is perfect with just a little steep walking distance to the town center and beach. Great view from the apartment windows and balcony where you can overlook the beautiful turquoise sea.

Customer service lacking
Property was okay. Spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved: there was a dead moth in our room and dusty surfaces. Also the pool was growing algae. There was no one when we checked in or out. And I found out my debit card was authorised before we arrived for their convenience as we weren’t there, I asked them to release this immediately and take another card but no one bothered to come back to me that first day. Also upon arrival I had to roam the property to find someone to help as they send me an email to tell me no one would be there, completely ignoring the fact that if you are from abroad you might not have internet, and hence didn’t read that email. The guy I found to assist wanted to charge me again for a deposit! At night there is a lot of noise from bands/singers and it kept us awake. It’s quite overpriced for what you get overall.

Belle expérience
L’appartement est superbe, la vue que nous avions était splendide. Tout était presque parfait. Nous sommes restés 7 nuits. 3 petits détails ont fait que l'expérience était comme prévue mais sans cet effet "wow, génial" - il n'y a pas de housse sur les chaises longue à la piscine. Donc ce n'est pas très agréable - il n'y a pas de parasol près des chaises longue mais juste à côté des tables. Malheureusement les parasols ne peuvent pas être bougé. Donc pas vraiment d'ombre près de la piscine. - Il y a un kit de base dans l'appart (sachets de thé, sachets de café - il n'y a pas de cafetière et sucre etc..). Nous avions du café pour 5 jours. Nous avons été demander à la réception si nous pouvions avoir 2 petits sachets complémentaires et elle nous a dit qu'il faillait les acheter au supermarché!! Elle nous en a malgré tout donné un!!! pourquoi pas deux? Un sachet doit coûter max. A$0,50 -, ce n'est pas ce type de service qu'on attend d'un établissement de ce standing. Dommage, ce sont ces détails qui font la différence!!!! - pour exemple nous sommes maintenant dans un motel et ici il y a 13 sachets de café alors que nous ne passons qu'une nuit!

Very spacious and clean apartment with great ocean view. Also well situated for walking to the town for shopping and restaurants. Bit of a steep climb back but keeps you fit.
