The hotel was nice. The room was more than we expected for the price. But when we came back and wanted to order our food at the restaurant it took quite long. This I assume would be due to understaffed personal. So I am not too disappointed in it. The quality of it was more than decent. Overall the stay at the hotel was worth it.

The hotel was nice, lovely rooms and the staff was friendly and service minded. However, one person ruined the general impression: one of the waiters who was very rude and did not understand what his job in a service business means. A pity, because otherwise we would have liked to come back to Leonardo next time.

Ein sehr schickes und edles Hotel. Tolle Zimmer und nette Annehmlichkeiten. Etwas merkwürdig war, dass es auch nach Rückfrage nur eine Zimmerkarte gab - angeblich, weil das "Hotel nicht genügend Karten hat." Das ist etwas lächerlich, aber im Großen und Ganzen gerne wieder.
