Simply amazing stay in Matera. Modern, comfortable, fully reimagined sassi- it was even better than it looked! The hotel provided very helpful parking and bus instructions, and were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Hotel stated they sent me a message through What’s up App not to drive to the hotel because it is in a restricted area and you are required to have authorization to drive in the area. I don’t have the what’s up app so I was unaware of the restriction and received a traffic citation.

Unforgettable experience!
Amazing experience! Not only the place is amazing (it is a suite built in the rocks=sasso) but the genuine concern for the guests begins even before the arrival (they contacted in advance providing information and giving alternatives for parking as the hotel is in a restricted traffic zone). Owner and team are very nice and approachable.

I would rate this hotel 10 stars if I could! The staff were absolutely lovely, and contacted us via WhatsApp the day prior to our stay to give us parking instruction, which was very helpful! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Matera is a stunning city, with wonderful locals and great dining options and bars. Possibly my favourite spot visited in Puglia.
