The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. We were also at the centerpoint between places like the Royal Palace and Parque de El Retiro. The living space itself was clean, had good appliances, and great water pressure.

The welcome bag provided was a nice touch, containing everything we might need including a sponge and a dishwasher and laundry pod. Great area with lots to do/see in a short distance.
