You get what you pay for.
The Good; very clean and safe. There is no food in the evening (which was a blessing) but the local bar/restaurant across the road is fabulous with grilled meat and ice cold beer, and fab service (best meal of whole trip) The BAD: litter/garbage outside hotel and dog poop in parking areas (both of which could be cleaned). Room very BASIC. TV did not work and TV control turned on heater?? (room 101) bed good but overall condition on fixtures a 3/10. Why don't people fix stuff and get good reviews!!!!

On arrival we received a very warm welcome. The central atrium of the hotel is lovely airy and light. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything you needed. Basic roll/crossaint breakfast but that was all we needed and for the price it was exceptional value.
