Great location for locals
Closer to business district, so a bit more pricey. Very convenient location in the center of Tokyo.

Perfect area, right near the train
I just stayed here for 18 days and it was a great experience. I was working so I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the common areas of the Hostel. I did laundry twice and it's 600yen. I was in the 6 person pod room and it was on the 4th floor walk up. Nice balcony and quiet room. I am 6' tall and pushing about 280lbs right now and I had no issue with the size of my "room". If you were much taller your feet would probably hit the curtain. The beds aren't the most cozy and they are wrapped in plastic that can be kinda loud when people are moving around. A regular sized master lock doesn't fit on the cubby inside your room thing either. The hostel was always super clean. They break down the rooms every day around 11. I never once saw a dirty shower or bathroom. I'd stay here again when I come back. It was a good experience and all the staff was always friendly and helpful.

cheap and simple
the capsules were big enough, but got a little tight with my big bag in it. Otherwise the staff were friendly enough, and they offered power-adapters, towels, and other necessities for rental.
