Location was only a block off the malecon and Los Altos beach with several restaurant options there, as well as the Macaw restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was also great. Be aware, though, there is no parking provided. Only on the street. But still....Highly recommend!!

The only complain I would have is that at our visit there was construction going on next door which was noisy during the day.

Had a great 11 night stay at Casa de Leyendas. Fantastic location, right beside the Malacon, and within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The morning breakfast was tasty and non stop coffee (till 11 am) was appreciated. Macaws, the restaurant/bar which is part of Casa de Leyendas, is a great place to stop for a rest and a bite to eat, especially on evenings when they have live music.
