As such there is nothing wrong with this little property. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are a nice size and the beds are amazingly comfortable. What is and was wrong the Noursabah was that we drove 3 hours to get here and when we arrived, we were ready for a good long weekend with relaxation by the pool, good food etc. Problem was that first of all, the swimming pool was closed. We were told it was due to social distancing, which made absolutely zero sense as when I was told I was the only person there. Second, there was no way to get food served. We were told to go to the street to buy it at the local vendors. Looking at that service level and no access to pool and no access to food at the property and there is no gym (but we knew this), why on earth would we want to stay here and not just remain in our apartment in Bangkok? Why would you open a hotel after lockdown with no food and no swimming pool....? We ended up canceling our stay here after 1 night and moving somewhere else. Closure of swimming pool and no availability of food was NOT listen on the website when we booked.
The attitude from the staff was appalling. They simply just didn't care one bit about these thing.... We will never go back here....
