A hotel to choose in Minsk!
Amazing stay, especially for this price. Large room, very comfortable bed, comfortable sofas in the room, well-functioning bathroom with bidet and a huge, amazing bathtub. The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom.

It was ok, location good. Felt like the room hadn't been stayed in for a long time. A bit dusty and the hot water took a very long time to warm up. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good but not fantastic. Probably won't stay again as it felt a little bit over priced despite the good location

Lovely hotel. Looks clean and new. Free parking in the city centre. I booked single room and it was with one single bed. I bit surprised… on the room pictures there was one big bed for a single room. There was no fridge (mini bar) in a room. I’ve asked and they brought it. But when I asked a tea spoon in a hotel restaurant they said it’s forbidden to give kitchen stuff to the rooms. It’s funny. I pay 70$ per night but they afraid I’ll steal a soon. Cleaning stuff like shampoo and soap was not updated every day. A bed was not covered every day. One tea pot and one instant coffee bag for three days stay. It was also strange. Nice breakfast. A lot of food options, but no any alternative milk. So 8 from 10. They should learn a bit more to give a service.

Pulizia inesistente in 7 giorni. Colazione terribile, dove mancano persino croissant o piccola pasticceria. Personale che urla nell' hotel e non saluta. Porte che sbattono ripetutamente anche a notte inoltrata. Ho invitato una amica alla colazione, nonostante abbia pagato per una stanza doppia prima l'hanno redarguita come benvenuto e poi ho dovuto pagare un caffè offertegli a ben 32 rubli ... Una rapina visto che un buon ristorante con primo e secondo ha questo prezzo. La polvere nella stanza era dovunque, ragnatele e assenza di riordino. Le.lenzula macchiate anche di sangue. Io credo che la.gestione sia totalmente da rivedere. La camera è.piacevole e in centro ... Devo dire uniche note positive.

Resepsiyon da çok yardımcı oldu taksi çağırmam gerektiğin de taksi durağın da taksi olmadığı halde kendi bireysel telefonundan çağırıp yardımcı olan resepsiyon görevlisi Alesiya’ya yardımları için teşekkürler.
