It was a comfortable stay overall, the room was ok, big, however, I chose this hotel based on attractively presented decors on the booking site, while in reality my room was rather spartan.. Once you book they warn you it's in a noisy (if convenient) location, and most people likely would want earplugs.. Everything is done online via email links, or an app, so no human interaction. In my case they failed to email me the code needed to actually enter the building.. I had to shadow someone in..

This property was very well located. It is right next to a town square where there plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to the river on one side and the impressive Cathedral on the other. The self-service check in was easy to understand and the building and room felt secure with the doors closed. The room was comfortable with basic kitchen facilities that including a fridge. There was plenty of storage space for your clothes. There are 2 things missing. There is no safe in the room, and the building does not have air conditioning. The positives far outweigh the negatives and I would not hesitate to stay at these apartments again.

We were locked out of the building for over 30 minutes before check in. The hotel (or hotels.com) supposed to send us a door code to enter the building, but somehow it was missed. There's no staff on site to help.

Koncept's Concept Needs Improvement
I was not impressed with the kiosk check-in system. When I added an extra day to my stay I had to go through a 30-minute process of checking out and checking in. I also had a package which needed to be delivered to the hotel but there is no hotel staff there to receive it.

The hotel is lovely - was able to get an apartment which had a small kitchen area as well as the bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice. The rooms were really nicely decorated, and the bed very comfortable. It's also very central, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The only issue was checking in. There's no reception, instead you need to use a code to get in (or check in via an app). The details for this weren't shared by hotels.com. Instead I had to phone the hotel while stood at the front door to get the necessary codes. Apparently hotels.com are known for doing this. So something to be aware of if you book this otherwise lovely hotel.

The room was very cozy and the location is amazing. The self check-in was convenient. The only downside was that the nights get cold and the heat doesn't get very warm but tolerable. Everything else was excellent, I would recommend this place to others.

This property is in the middle of everything.. great location very convenient for people without a car... However, it seems to me that this was a party zone. Music and people going on all night long. You're not a party people so it was a challenge for us at night trying to go to sleep wait so much noise. Read the check in instructions well before you get to the property. They don't have stuff there to help you checking in.

One pillow on the bed. One towel - luckily I packed one. No air conditioning. Close to bars — some nights were too close when they stayed open all night and it was too loud. This was the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years. The unstaffed check in was nearly impossible, when you could finally get hold of them staff not helpful at all. The building is extremely noisy making it nearly impossible to sleep. I want a refund!!!!

A fully Digital Experience
Every interaction is digital - I had no human interaction during my stay. This isn't really an issue as the check-in and door-key app worked well except on first arrival, when it wasn't clear that Bluetooth needs to be activated for the app. Also... never leave your phone behind in the room! The only negative was the load music from the adjoining bar - I think my room shared a wall which is clearly not very thick! Other than that, it was what I needed for my stay and well located in the town. I would stay again.

The hotel is a good location if you want to enjoy the local beer halls and bars. However, there is no air conditioning and it is also really difficult to block out any sound from bars and restaurants. Overall, I liked the location but did not enjoy the hotel since it was incredibly hot (no air conditioning) and when I opened the window in the evening, it did little to cool down the room and the noise from the bars just outside. Also, since there is no front desk service, it is more difficult to talk to someone about getting help with your room.

Beautiful view. Convenient checkin but also could be problematic had there not been a staff member to expedite our checkin time. We arrived 30 min early, whoch wasnt bad but we were also tired and wanted to lay down. There was a clean and warm room waiting for us which was exceptionally comfortable. I enjoyed the two seperate comforters because my partner and i tend to roll during our sleep. My only negative comment would be about the shower water heat. It never got above lukewarm.
