"Didn’t use provided breakfast but could have eaten in their cafeteria. Also many convenient restaurants nearby. Also Peninsula hotel across the street which is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong. Had tea there that was great. Staff was friendly and helped me with luggage, taxi and info on surrounding interests. First rate and reasonable price. "
"Room was large with good bathroom and excellent services, comfortable bed, great aircon and very clean. Didn’t have breakfast. Dining options outside close to the hotel which I used. Hotel is in a busy and interesting location. Transport options are close by including the subway and there are plenty of taxis. Check in staff are helpful and speak English, but others, including in the dining area, speak little English. "
"This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."
"I appreciate Eaton's ethos about sustainability and recycling efforts. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for a reasonable price. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar area but saw that it was cozy and would definitely try to visit next time. The outdoor space was also very nice and rare in this town."
