"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially when we did not understand all the German instructions!). The choice at breakfast was vast! The pools are accessible and clean- having robes in the room with slippers and a bag to take poolside made it easy! The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to sit. "Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink.
