The worst ever!
The worst ever! It was like a nightmare.

1. I went there around 4:00pm(check-in time 3pm) and was told to wait for 20 mins. When I went back to reception desk after 20 mins, the staff said "a few more minutes, so stay around"
I had to stand near the desk trying to get an eye contact but she just dealt with other customers.
After another 20 mins of waiting and I went back to the desk. I had to wait on a que and I got my key at around 5pm. It was busy season and sometimes it could take longer for room cleaning. However the staff should have explained the situation on customer-friendly manner.

It did not work and had to go down to get new ones
3. Broken down House phone
Ridiculous.
4. had to skip breakfast due to 'outdated' e-mail from the hotel.
I had previously received an email from the hotel saying 'breakfast box' would be provided due to COVID-19. When I asked for it next morning, the staff told me that the email was outdated. Whole family had to skip breakfast as restaurant would open 8am and we had to leave earlier.
Totally disappointing!
