This was meant as a get-away in a nice, comfortable and convenient environment. Big fail...
First, it took forever to check-in (30+ minutes) and upgrade was never offered.
Not being a gambler, this was probably our first mistake. Besides a few over-priced restaurants, $300 massages and gambling, there is absolutely nothing to do. Actually a couple restaurant venues were closed.
The food is ridiculously over-priced and not particularly good. A small bottle of water was $4 in the convenient store (we passed)...
The breakfast was atrocious ($99), served cold, potatoe cake was hard and dry and the English Muffins were over-toasted and the bacon was teeth shattering. The croissant was reheated (Hard on the outside) and the muffin was soggy.
On the second day, the room was not serviced and no turn down service in the evening. Someone did come in and left a plate of 4 chocolate on my computer.
The new years eve dinner at the Chinese restaurant was ridiculously over-priced ($36 for a small plate of snow pea leaves) but what we ordered was tasty.
Overall, For $600 per night, a total disappointment, never to be repeated again.
