Staying in this hotel was the biggest mistake
Everything in the room is dirty and the hotel staff is unfriendly, but the worst of all is this.
Everything is this room is too old and I would like to describe the place as junk shop.
I guess this is the only description I can allude to.
Plus, I believe no one can sit on the chair which has stain on it.
I don't understand how you can arrange such a chair in a hotel room.
The worst thing is I couldn't get any of the house keeping service for 4 days.
If the reason that I couldn't get the housekeeping is we have too many suitcases,
isn't replacing the towel or emptying the trash can, the at least thing that you guys can do?
Which means I didn't get any of the service and not even heard of this service at all.
There is no one standing at the front desk.
Someone came when I shouted for a service, and I asked for the towels and the only answer I could hear is ‘please bring the used towels’.
I know that we have a lot of suitcases and garbage.
So for the house keeping maid, I have emptied the trash, cleaned up our messes and
washing the dishes at last
By doing these, I have checked out a little late.
But the problem is, the hotel cut off the water supply.
So we had to stop showering, and we couldn't wash the dishes we have used.
I had to use and Evian water that I have bought for our drinks to cover up all this situation I had.
I couldn’t get get any messages to check out or stopping the water.
I am sure this is not the manner to the guest.
It's the worst hotel ever.
