Terrible Experience, Avoid The Resort at All Costs
Our family had the worst experience at this resort. Three out of four of us suffered from severe food poisoning, with all three of us vomiting within a span of 30 minutes. Yet, the hotel completely denied any responsibility. Despite the fact that we only ate and stayed at their resort, they refused to acknowledge it was food poisoning, even going so far as to blame our illness on spending too much time in the sun. Their response was both shocking and dismissive.
To make matters worse, they threatened us with legal action if we shared our experience in a review. We checked out two days earlier than planned after they promised a refund for the unused nights, but unsurprisingly, we never received the refund.
This resort is not only negligent but also engages in dishonest practices. Avoid this place at all costs!
