It was a pleasant stay as one could expect from a Hilton hotel. One hiccup I experineced was when I checked in. I always make sure that I book a non-smoking room and I think that I booked a non-smoking room. The staff said that I did not book a non-smoking room, so he offered me a smoking room. I hate to stay in a smoking room and so I refused to take the room. When I checked the booking document, it weirdly showed that a non-smoking room was "requested" by the guest. He added that if I want to stay at a non-smoking room, I need to pay extra for a non-smoking room. It looks as if the hotel eerily looks for guest's mistakes. After some discussion, I eventually got a non-smoking room without extra payment, which I like to thank for the service. I guess that I should more carefully read large or small prints at the hotels.com site when I book a hotel, particularly Hilton hotels.
