The property is beautiful and you feel like you’re on a very nice resort. My only qualms were that the distance from lobby to room was overwhelming and once we got to the room, it smelled like cigars. It was embedded in the room, which was not good. They only provided 2 small towels in the bathroom, no hand towels etc. and the beds were so hard. Think concrete slab with a mattress top.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the property is gorgeous and the pool, food and lifestyle around are wonderful. The other weird thing was they shut off the key to the room when we went back, following dinner. So I had to wave down a security guard to let us in and someone promptly brought me a replacement key.
It was a great stay, I’d recommend it to others with location and etc.
