Good location!
The location is good, staffs are nice, and breakfast is very good. Important tourist spots are in walking distance, and food was very good for simple breakfast. Facility is old and needs some renovations, but it is okay.
We had some issue about the rooms for our 5 nights stay. We booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, they gave us a room with a double bed. When we changed the room immediately, we got a room with no window, yes, there was a window blocked with a cement wall and a pipe. We stayed in the room for a night, and the next day, we changed a room with two beds, as I booked, and a connecting room door which is a thin wooden one unexpectedly. When we complained, they said for THAT night, there were no guests next room, so we could use the room for a day with no noise.
Also, there were no other available rooms with two beds, and a proper window until we checked out. During this conversation, they asked us private questions about our using one or two beds. It was so rude and I felt unpleasant.
Next day, they gave us a room with a balcony and later I realized they upgraded the room for us. The balcony was nice, but not useful because it was too hot and sunny for this season. Still, very thankful though. But it would have been much better if I could have had a room, as I booked, with two beds and a proper window because I didn't expect the upgrade.
Only 1 of the 3 TV was working, with no CNN, or BBC. And all of the room's fridge was not properly working.
