Vinpy does not acknowledge Expedia as a partner, and demanded payment on checking in. On contacting Expedia, both parties cannot come to a satisfactory solution. Expedia offering £35 compensation for the inconvenience, Vinpy taking full payment. At this moment, no refunds yet from Expedia. Their advert for complimentary breakfast is false, they insist that means breakfast for One, despite room booked for two. Breakfast often cold and unattended. Also all inclusive advert is false. Nothing of the sort. DO NOT BOOK.
