The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and transportation options are very limited. The last trip to and from the hotel is at 5 PM. Additionally, the hotel service bus is not free; you need to pay ¥200.
I booked this hotel because I saw it on YouTube and expected the Kaiseki dinner to be served in my room. However, I was disappointed as we ended up having dinner in the restaurant on the 6th floor instead.
The area was serene and cold, which might explain why there’s no air conditioning in the rooms (at least in mine).
Some staff members are friendly, while others seem less so. Since they all wear masks, it’s hard to tell.
