I recently stayed in Chennai Hyatt Hotel for 3 nights for business. The hotel condition itself was quite good, but I had bad experience with the check-in/out process. When I arrived at hotel at the first day, the employee working in the check-in counter did not fully explain the possible options about the package (internet, breakfast, club rounge...etc.)and only suggested me to use the full package option which was most expensive one. Since I was not aware of the other options, I had to adopt it. At the second day, the other employee advised me there are differently scheduled option, and thus I changed into the cheaper package including only internet and breakfast from the second day. But, when I checked out, the hotel fare still showed the full package amounts. Anyway, I was not happy with the situation and the manner of the hotel employees' working.
