To be honest, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel because I was very disappointed with the unfriendliness of some staff, the loud noise coming from the room, and the behavior which seems like trying to deceive me when i changed a room.
According to the information on websites, I was informed that I could check-in at any time, and I did not receive any inquiries from the hotel regarding to check-in time. I chose the payment method as an on-site payment, but when my check-in time got late (before 12 midnight), they proceeded with payment from my linked card without any consent. And when I objected to this, she responded very unpleasantly.
Second, I couldn't sleep because of the extremely loud sound of water falling all night long from my room. When I requested a room exchange the next day, the hotel staff acted as if they already knew about this issue. I can not understand why they accepted a customer to this room, If they already know about this problem.
Third, when exchanging rooms due to above problem, they offered downgraded room and pretended it was an upgraded room and asked me to pay extra.
Even though the double room with balcony was cheaper than the deluxe double room, they asked me to pay an additional 20 euros. (In the end, I didn't pay extra.) I was very upset because I felt like they were trying to trick me.
