Everything was great except that the King room was not available due to a computer glitch, according to the desk clerk, named Chris. He said he had two queens. I was very tired and said Fine. We stayed here at least 4 times before so I trusted them. The room however was accessible/handicapped, which my 6ft. husband likes to avoid because they are uncomfortably configured for him. We were too tired to complain and move.
