“Comfy and Cozy “
Friendly and efficient staff provided great service. I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. The breakfast at this hotel restaurant is outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located and a great find for the price. I will definitely be back.

Floors in bedroom derty, no shampoo left, tv did not work from a distance only close to tv and not always, one pillow gave me a rush, a noice all night like an electic bird, although room for 2 only left one water one chocolate.

Beautiful, historic property. Well maintained, very clean. Close to everything. Employees from the reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. English is spoken here. Our first room had a very noisy a/c, but they upgraded us up to a very lovely room—everything worked perfectly. The front desk staff were endlessly helpful. The restaurant was excellent consistently; only complaint was they weren’t open past 2PM, There was classical music coming from the kitchen—a sign of quality people, I think! The gardens are restful. It was an oasis in the middle of a very busy city.

Friendly and Efficient
Great stay for the price. Friendly and efficient service, secure, quiet, comfortable. Nice dining area and beautiful gardens. Sense of Mexican history. Serene and perfectly located if you want to experience some of Cuernavaca’s classic restaurants and oldest structures. I highly recommend Case Colonial.
