This place is in the perfect locationโฆvery close to St. Markโs Square. The room was clean and decorated to add to the appeal of being in Venice but a little worn. There was plenty of storage for clothing. However, the bed was uncomfortable (the pillow was comfortable though), and the A/C did not cool well (it was very hot outside). The bathroom was clean and roomy with a decent size shower that had a nice rain shower head but just a small table to store things. They had a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. We had a canal view room, but we had to hang out the window to see it (itโs just the way the windows are situated above the canal). The owner/staff was very personable. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water, and coffee. They also offered free breakfast in our room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
