Very clean and comfortable room, cleaning staff were very helpful with helping us with our bags on the stairs . Good location , however the stairwell could do with a good clean , but that’s on the building I imagine .

The staff is lovely. The B and B is charming. We stayed in the Picaso room which is big and cheerful and has a jacuzzi tub. The breakfast chit provides coffee and pastry at a lovely cafe a few doors away. Fantastic location right in the historical district.

The host was very helpful in arranging someone to meet us at the taxi dropoff, as this BNB is in the heart of the old historical district with no cars (aside from residents). The host also quickly answered any questions we had. The room had everything we needed, including an extra pillow. The balcony couldn't be used because the AC unit sits on it but it gave a sense of more space and light. It was quiet and pleasant. We had the Pollack room. We are an older couple, around 80 and gracious help was provide coming and going to manage the steps, and even getting to the pickup place for the taxi on departing. We didn't ask for this but were delighted to have it.

The Picasso Room was perfect for our 4 night stay in Salerno. We had a queen size bed which was very comfortable. The single bed was a folding bed which was acceptable. Schönes Zimmer in einer Privatwohnung in einem Wohnhaus. Sauber, alles funktioniert. Du solltest wissen, dass das Zimmer im 2.Stock ohne Aufzug liegt. Zentrale Lage, 13 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof.

Excellent location in Salerno Close to everything you need Only about 800metres to 1 km to train station , ferry . Great communication, very clean & comfortable room . Great value for money . But for people who may have mobility issues be advised that there are 2 stories of stairs ( great for us ! Worked off the amazing cornetti)

The place is a second story old building with 45 long steps, no lift or staff to help. The area is dirty. The room has no privacy, the door has a gap around making easy to hear all the exterior sounds and viceversa. The light of the room that gives access to the bedrooms stays on all night so your room is not completely dark. The bathroom is not safe with a very small shower and an awful old and dirty toilet seat. The offered breakfast is in a small shop outside the building and consists in a coffee and a pastry. To reach the building you have to enter a disgusting courtyard, open a big dirty iron door, climb the 43 steps, open the second door to access the supposed entrance of the rental property and later your room. The AC unit was noise, and there was only one outlet to charge your equipments.

The location is fantastic, in the main road of the old town, and because of that its very busy and noisy. You need to close the doors of the balcony, we couldn't make the AC work. For breakfast we had to go to a coffee bar next door and it's just coffee and croissant or similar. On the second floor, you need good legs. Very near the sea front and piers, also the new part of town and 10' from the train station.
