We booked a Mill Villa a few days before we left for Santorini. I messaged the owner/ manager several times to try to organise the airport transfer & say hello: on emails, via ebookers, on 2 different mobile numbers & had no responses. Once we got to the airport, we called the owner who said our villa was not available. Instead the taxi driver dropped us off at a different hotel - owned by the same person. We were told we should be happy because the hotel is more expensive than the villa. First of all, we spent a lot of time researching where to stay in Santorini & wanted the villa. We looked at the hotel they put us in (CSky) and we didn't like it, therefore we didn't book it. Had they told us, we would have cancelled our reservation & book another place, but they didn't. Upon arrival they put us in in a room with a jacuzzi - which we did not like at all. Plus we paid for a villa with a decent size private pool. The jacuzzi broke down that same night. The next day they put us up in an executive suite (saying it was the honeymoon suite - but another couple that stayed there actually stayed in the HS and showed it to us) calling it an upgrade (After we complained again & again). Again this was in no way an upgrade - we paid for a villa with a private pool, instead we were put up in a hotel we did not like in the first place (hence we didn't book it) and were given a sad room with a jacuzzi. Sadly ebookers did nothing & I cannot leave a longer review due to the character limit.
