Lot was full so parked down the street which cost $80 for 24 hours. Staff were great, very friendly, polite and helpful. Offered information on things close by and local. The room was plain but clean. No refrigerator, no mirrors or tables. It was fine. Hotel lobby was nice. I would stay there again to see the Phantom of the Opera at the Orpheum right across the street. All in all it was a good experience.

The staff were some of the nicest and most welcoming we’ve experienced, which really made the stay feel comfortable. The hotel has a clean, minimalist design that we personally loved, and everything felt simple and modern. We know some reviews mention the surrounding area or mixed experiences, but for us the stay itself was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.

No frills hotel. It feels like they spent all their money on the lobby. Rooms were ok, minimal. Shower curtain was missing liner and hair in the shower. Not sure what was going on with the elevators, but had to use the service elevator half the time. It was centrally located and easy to get around. If you just want some place to lay your head, it’s not bad.
