I had trouble with rides showing up. hotel found me a cab I used several times. he showed up on time and was reasonable. in Miami that's rare. thank you park royal. also.... bathrooms were nicer than the fountainbleau (I was double booked) so park royal is where I showered too. the towels were even nicer!

I didn’t read the fine print, there is a resort fee and parking fee which totaled and extra $150. The resort fee did give you 2 chairs at the beach and beach towels which was great but was also for the pool. The pool was completely locked up and we were unable to use. I did mention it at check out and they waived my resort fee. Really appreciated that!!! The rooms were very clean. The location was very convient to local attractions but is on a major road which was very noisy. The beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel; it is very clean and staff are very friendly.. Alfonso and Carlos did a great job helping us get familiar with the services I y he area and they were very nice and accommodating.. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again next year 🙂

Affordable, great location, but beware of parking
Affordable boutique hotel located only 1 block walking distance to the beach. Location is convenient & there are a couple of dining options & a Publix Supermarket within a few blocks. Room has been renovated & has a kitchen, which is a nice bonus. Swimming pool is a great feature, although they're strict on 8pm pool closing time. There's an additional charge for on-site parking & the parking garage is extremely tight & difficult to maneuver. Hotel staff mention that you can street park, but cars must by moved by 8am. Would probably stay here again & also the value for your money was a key attribute.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut zu bewerten. Leider ist das Bett in unserem Zimmer, 39, eine totale Katastrophe. Bei jeder Bewegung quietscht und kracht es. Der Zustand ist dem Hotel bekannt aber es wird scheinbar nichts gemacht!

Hotellet ligger bara ett kvarter från Miami Beach och är väldigt fräscht och fint. Allt känns nyrenoverat på hotellet och har bra design! Rummet var stort och rymligt och extra plus för att badrummet var så fint (med en normal "europeisk" toalett) och för att ACn var modern och kunde sättas i silent mode. Kök med tillbehör fanns också på rummet, så frukost ingick ej, men det fanns en butik 2 kvarter bort. Poolen var mycket fin och kändes varm och skön. Hela poolområdet var inramat av buskar och träd så det var väldigt trevligt. Personalen var också trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi hade absolut kunnat tänka oss att bo här igen om vi kommer till Miami Beach!
