Beds were not queen sized. Not hot water in the shower, morning or night. Breakfast was only waffles and snacks. No sheets on the pull out sofa. Overall just not a good place to stay.

The staff was fine. Although a maid opened the door in the early evening the first night. Someone else opened it the next morning. The big pool is only open Friday nights and Saturdays. Hotel was probably amazing at one time. It either needs torn down or completely remodeled. It is definitely showing major signs of wear.

The water park is nice because my kids love to swim. We were there for 3 nights and i beer the kids swam for 12 hours. I wish the arcade was cheaper but it was okay. Had some plumbing issues but overall a good stay.

The indoor waterpark is fun if you have kids but I would otherwise pass on the hotel as it had many subpar features such as a very limited breakfast, no hot water, and a leaky toilet.

There is no shower door-- the floor got soaked and then was slippery. I have 2 small chicldren that slipped and fell. No room phone to call front desk. The water park was not open and the lap pool had chipped paint in the water. The carpet in the main entranced was soiled-- not a good first impression walking in. No hot water and the hotel is very run-down. Bathroom door did not shut all the way, hair dryer did not work, issues with the television, bathroom sink faucet leaked, and carpet was frayed in the room. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and overall the hallways were dirty. Staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel needs a lot of updating.

The pool area was fantastic and loved that they had lifeguards on duty. So much fun! The downside is that the rooms need much updating. It was difficult to find plug ins for phones/electronics. Carpets were worn but all around it was a good place to stay with kids.
