It was an amazing. Love seeing the seafront and listening the seagull. The room was lovely and glad to have a fan in here as we was little bit warm. But I definitely enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone!

A mostly pleasant stay—comfortable bed, with clean bedding extra pillows on request very spacious room, friendly staff also very helpful , warm private pool £5 an hour was lovely, and very tasty breakfast. But, below-par cleanliness, of room in general , view from window of a yard full of old beds and mattresses and a persistent drain odour were drawbacks.

we got there and they said they didn’t even book through hotels.com so we didn’t even get a room and had to find somewhere else👍but from what it seemed it was a run down hotel with lazy slow staff. the guy behind reception took half an hour to come out even though he was only behind a door and we rang the bell 4 times. he came with a mouthful of food after somebody else working there had to go and get him . he answered the phone whilst we were talking to him and didn’t even apologise about the mistake👍

When we arrived the staff was helpful and friendly. When we got our key we made our way to our room through the bar turned left through the fire door and we was greeted with the smell of Mold foundry and a mixed in with smell of sewage. There was stains on the ceiling Mold on the skirting boards the carpet was not fitted right. The view out of our room window was of laundry trolleys and broken furniture the yard gat was hanging off. The windows was filthy Our room was number6 and it wasn’t a good room my wife went to hang her clothes up and there was wallpaper hanging off the ceiling in the wardrobe. We stayed the 1 night and booked out. The manager David went to check the room came back said he couldn’t smell anything as he was bunged up he offered us another vroom but we declined it as another couple the night before had refused 1 room got another and they both was dirty and they was demanding a full refund. We are still waiting for a refund for the second night we had booked. We moved the the Imperial hotel

We just had a two night stay. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap for a couple of nights this is fine. The staff where very accommodating, it's not there fault the hotel is so run down. They all seem to be in two places at once. The main receptionist was lovely 🌹. The food is good and a variety of choices. But sorry wouldn't stay there again.

Was decent, though the first 2 nights, had a lot of youngsters staying ( kids football teams ), and there behaviour was a disgrace, running up and down stairs, knocking on doors etc.

We had great service from walking in till we left, room was tidy and clean. No free parking. Also have to pay £5 to use the pool & jacuzzi, but you do get it all to yourself which is amazing. The phone lines do not work through Google or their web page but reception have details. The couple upstairs kept us awake from 1am-5:30am banging, singing, shouting, screaming and arguing, they didn’t remove them once despite telling them 4 times. We got another night stay free due to this. So yes I’d happily go back.

Was a lovely overall stay. Staff was very attentive & polite and happy to help wherever they could. Very welcoming. Stayed for 3 nights with my family with half board and only problems we really encountered was the bedroom window didn’t close properly, my daughter found discarded sweets under bed from previous guest, television didn’t connect to internet but still had daytime tv and hot water for shower took ages to warm up but did eventually. Luckily pre-paid for half board which included breakfast and dinner, main menu is rather overpriced for what it is if buying singularly and breakfast was good if you got there early. But still overall was good. We was the only family down for dinner each night and the Chef was great! He looked after us brilliantly, he was so attentive to us and the children. Anything we needed food wise, he sorted it. As a chef myself with 15 year experience in the hospitality trade, he went above and beyond. Thank you Chef! Would happily stay there again

Hotel much as expected. An old building with limited scope for improvement, aimed at budget market. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Plus points - good location. Minus points. - rather tired furnishings, beds not very comfortable, lift not working. Fire alarm set off during the night - quite disruptive. As clean as probably was practicable. Good breakfast, chargeable extra though. Overall a reasonable experience.

Where do i start. The room was horrible it had ripped wallpaper was very small and the noise was so bad even with the windows closed. We had a back bedroom in 216 everytime you walked the whole room bounced and the wardrobe banged against the wall. The noise from outside was traffic all night and bins banging away at 7am. The shower was really small and flooded the bathroom floor aswell. On a positive note the food was fantastic on the half board the chef was really polite and freindly and the food was great. If you are going to stay here avoid room 216 as it feels like your going to fall through the floors and the noise is dreadful we didnt get much sleep.

The room was not very clean, and the bathroom door did not close, so had to have the door open when in the bathroom. The noise through the night was terrible with kids running about till 22.30, with nobody on reception to deal with it.
