This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as expected. Clean rooms, great outdoor pool area and the proximity to Disney was great (used ART to get around). The breakfast food needs to be improved though. I know it’s included with the room but my kids couldn’t eat it…I think that says something about the poor quality.

Excellent place, beautiful king suite, safe and secure underground parking, awesome pool and play area showing Disney movies outdoors, awesome hotub, awesome breakfast buffet every morning, very close to places to eat, four blocks walk to free Disney shuttle. Overall a very good stay. Family with kids. We liked: the warm pool and slides, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, regular size fridge, the staff was nice, restaurants close by for quick bites, the price was fair for the area. We don’t like: a little noise from the busy freeway next door if you’re a light sleeper, room sleeps 6 but only 2 chairs at table, no space to bring in outside food.

Everyone was super nice,check in was so easy ,they stored our luggage because our room wasn’t quite ready 😊 the lounge was really nice to visit . My only complaint would be the girl standing outside the buffet was cranky.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Overall it was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive when we needed something. Only con was we had the suite and the couch was small and not comfortable at all. The pullout bed did not even look comfortable at all. Luckily there was the trundle bed.
