The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle was very efficient. We didn’t give 5 stars because you were a captive audience for the food and it was super expensive. The toilet in our room was sluggish and the hose shower head didn’t point downwards so it was difficult not to wet the whole room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it
