We booked for the kitchenette and what we got suited the purpose. Check in was fast, as the staff did not engage at all. Our toilet ran constantly and the bath tub leaked. The pool had no towels available and when we requested some not enough for our family was provided.

Very bright light outside our window with no curtains, only big blinds that let in the light. One set of towels. Ask for more and we were told not until housekeeping arrived, so we shared a wet towel. Came back and housekeeping left no towels. Night manager was the onpy helpful person.

Place was decent for a one night stay. There were a few problems with the bathroom. We only had one set of towels for the two of us and the towel racks were clear across the room from the tub and sink. Other than that the place was fine. Room was clean, bed ok. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle iron, cereals, muffins, etc.

The quality of the room and property upkeep were mediocre. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk (granted we did arrive at 11:30 PM). Our room had one towel. Surprised it had a 3-star rating.

Some of the lights in the unit I stayed were not working, and I'm almost certain that half of the people in the lobby sharing the free breakfast experience were nearby homeless people rather than hotel guests.. I've stayed at places recently that provided much more amenities for less $$$
