DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I cannot tell you how bad our experience was at this hotel. Checked into a dirty room, unmade from the previous guests before being given a room with a broken door. The last room had a broken TV, broken tap, no cold water and one towel for two adults Prostitutes were walking around the hotel, all lifts broken and horrendous threatening 'service' from the night staff.

The shower did not work to shower. Also the sink as well. It was terrible trying to get ready, no iron in the room. Finally the cleanliness of the room was poor.

Would not stay again
the staff is responsive and helpful. but other than the staff, the Inn itself is so rundown and pretty nasty of a place. The room is dirty, smells of mold, carpet has so much stains on it (make sure you bring a slipper), hot water didn't work one morning, key cards stopped working every night (staff was always present to fix it though, but just annoying). Bed was actually decent, although sheets also had stains. I would definitely not stay here next time and would much prefer to pay extra for a nicer accommodation.

Absolutely disgusting. Red stains all over our sheets and blankets, dirt, mold, hair all over the bathroom. Absolutely horrible hotel choice. Cleanliness is not a thing at this hotel. So gross, nobody shoukd ever stay there.

Horrible
First room they gave me you can barely see what was on the television while turned on. Second the key card wouldn’t on to get in. He said he would have let me back every time I leave then come back I said no. The third room the pull pin to switch from shower to bath was broken. The fourth room the lights didn’t work. The fifth room the water didn’t get hot at all. It was a horrible experience at that hotel.

Disgusting
The owner has no pride in ownership. The property is run down. Garbage in the parking lot. Dirty, scuffed doors. Old, stained, stinking carpet. The first room they put me in, the heat didn't work and the toilet was clogged. There is a guest laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers - only 1 dryer worked. When I asked, the staff said, "That's a different company, we have nothing to do with that." This hotel is right on the highway so you'll listen to traffic all night. It was like staying in a slum. Sleeping in my car would have been better,

Pass on this hotel- do NOT stay here
1st room offered was not suitable for occupancy; 2nd room was unclean, bathroom faucet had a steady leak, only one lamp worked; room keys inoperative, smell of mold, I could go on and on ... decided not to stay, booked with the holiday inn express (excellent hotel). Prepaid, and still trying to be refunded. Only positive is the staff I dealt with (other than the Manager Ms. Roe) are pleasant

Slept like a baby
Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing during a shower. This place could really use some updates. Needs more outlets, only open one was the bathroom. Elevators were down so I asked for a 1st floor room which wasn’t available, but 2nd floor wasn’t too bad. I missed breakfast but a Dennys is steps away so no big deal. Close to airport, highway, and many food options, I would definitely return after a renovation.

Do not stay
False advertisement of electric charge station. There was no electric charge even though it was specified in the description. The room keys did not work. After arriving after a long drive we were attended by a front desk staff whowas talking on phone all the the time while trying to assign rooms. Took us around 40 minutes just to get 2 room and the key didn't work for the initially assigned room. The front desk staff clearly mentioned 7-10 for breakfast but after arriving at 9 we were told that breakfast is over. The lady was rude for no reason. Worst experience. I had a nice experience in La quinta but this made me rethink before booking any La Quinta property

Give them a chance. Staff is GREAT!
It was a very good experience. The room was clean and looked recently updated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The best part is that every staff member was GREAT. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was more than expected. Full breakfast was provided along with make your waffle station. There was also yogurt, fruit cereal and other items available. Even the coffee was GOOD.If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stay here.

Worse Hotel in New Orleans
Whewww where do I start. Arrived at 6-7 p.m. I'm Disabled no double beds on the first floor. We had to tote our luggage to the 2nd floor. I'm handicapped by the way. Opened door smelled like it was half cleaned, Beds made but spots on sheets. TV didn't work, I called about it and she said maintenance can fix it Saturday I said I check out that day. Then no microwave, Shower didn't work, Tub was dirty with hair in it, Taking a bath was difficult because I'm handicapped by the way. Bathroom was small as my closet, Most outlets didn't work. I only slept 3 hours because of the smell noise all through the night and the heat. I don't see my 500 points I was offered after making reservations. I deserve free rooms at a better hotel this was the worst night of me and my Guest night. When I turned in the key the clerk said leave it there that they're doing something with their system and didn't say have a good day or nothing,Wasn't worth $118 or whatever. SMH
