Bed bugs and dirty sheets

I checked in to find bedbugs in my first room. They moved me to another room. The sheets were filthy. They moved me to a third room again. The sheets were filthy with blood through the sheet onto the mattress. I asked for a refund and they refused considering it was less than 24 hours of booking. Well of course it is. I’m trying to check in, but I have to leave because three rooms are filthy. The sheets are never changed

Bathtub didn't drain shower. Curtain too short water went all over the floor.
A shower was wrapped with a cloth.Only got there to keep it from spraying.All over the room.You can see the paint peeling off the ceiling

Hotel under renovation. New paint and towels was done badly. Breakfast was not provided as advertised. Cleanliness of room was bad, towels were folded but wet. Pillows were old and flat. Would not reccomended.

Horrible Just Horrible

Overall the room was filthy, smelled liked cigarette in the room and surrounding area, construction all over and not blocked off properly, customer service was not pleasant the first night, breakfast wasn’t provided like it said so on the listing. No elevator for my handicap mother to go to the room , the entire first floor had no power and the air conditioning was filthy dirty I got sick from my stay. Carpet was stained and disgusting, our door had no peep whole, window had a broken window, closet had no hangers and drawers were full of trash and filthy. Sheets were stained yellow, mold in the bathroom and the bathroom floor stained with pink stuff.

We were disappointedas the property being renovated and the condition was not very good. there was no breakfast either due remodeling. the rooms were large enough however barely equipped. there was a desk but no chair. the lighting was poor and insufficient. the heater was very dusty. the location is also quite industrial

The place is undergoing major renovation. The room is spacious but hardly equiped, the heater was completly dusty The lighting is not sifficient, there was a desk but no chair Althpugh theu offer free breakfast there was just coffee and a bun it said no breakfast due to remodeling which wzs not disclosed at. Time of reservation We have stayed at several La Quintas and this was a disgrace to their name

Go elsewhere if possible.

The first room was unlivable: stained, moldy carpet, ceiling plaster was falling off in puddles on the floor. Replacement room was cleaner (vinyl flooring), but details were below average for this price class. Complementary breakfast is NOT available, contrary to Hotels.com information. Worn signs on the front desk indicate breakfasts may not be available indefinitely. I am not sure I would eat there, in any case.

Pool looked like a dump.

Checked in Saturday night. People in the room next door had the door open and were yelling on the phone for hours. Put in a room way in the back above the pool. Construction going on and the pool was a dump for trash and who knows what else. Worst looking pile of crap I have ever seen at a hotel. The tv didn't work and called twice to the front desk and both times she said she had called maintenance. Nobody ever showed up. Couldn't wait to get the heck out of this place!

Worst hotel ever!!!!

The hotel is in deplorable conditions, the bed had stains all over it and sheets didn’t appear to be washed and had stains also. The mattress itself is a far cry from anything comfortable and looked like it would most likely have bugs in it, the closet hadn’t been cleaned in so long dust came up when you opened the door, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned after the last person stayed there. The parking lot had garbage all throughout and was so poorly lit that I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot at all. The hotel is under construction but I don’t think it will help if they don’t improve their level of standards on general cleaning and hygiene. It would be decent hotel to stay at if you where homeless and they offered you a free night or two but I would still go get checked at the doctor after your stay. We left as soon as we saw the deplorable condition of the room and parking lot and went to Carson city and got a hotel that was clean and safe and had a hot breakfast, If you are looking at staying at this hotel bring your own cleaning supplies and plan on spending a couple hours cleaning the room so it could Mabe be livable for a night

Disappointed

The property is currently being remodeled and there was trash everywhere. The inside of the room was nice however there were no blankets on the beds and we were only given one towel for two people. The keys were causing problems for me and others because they became deactivated easily. The pictures online did not show how dingy and disgusting the outside of the hotel was. Literally trash floating in the pool.

Disgusting, filthy, rundown hotel is in ruins.

The entire hotel was filthy and in horrible condition. And the smell of the entire hotel was nauseating. Some kind of pill was laying on top of the AC unit. Something disgusting was all over the carpet. The shower, walls, and doors were so dirty. Mildew and mold in the bathroom. The front door had a gap and it doesn’t close all the way. The front window had an 8” x 8” piece of glass completely broken out, and no screen. Overall, this is the trashiest, most repulsive hotel I’ve ever seen. La Quinta really needs to audit this facility.

Tried to check in after 3pm but maids were still cleaning rooms. Lights in the bathroom and sink area did not work. Coffee pot did not work. No continental breakfast because of renovations however saw no renovations going on.

It was a joke

This room and outside of the room was so dirty, trash on the floor and ground, yellow stains on the blankets and towels. Old food left in the room, stuff under the bed, tv didn't work at first(we fixed it) but then the remote didn't work. Key card stopped working the second day. It was so loud early in the morning and through the day. We could hear the person in the room over us using the bathroom. When I checked in they didn't have the right room available for me so I had to switch rooms and I was given a room far from my car, which is why I chose this motel in the first place, so our car would be right outside our door. It was just overall a bad stay. I expect more from this brand of motel. So disappointed.

Quality place to stay

Good place to stay. The room was clean and spacious with nice laminate flooring and a comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was disappointing as we expected a continental offering but only ended up with a grab and go selection. A posted sign indicated there was only limited breakfast due to renovation work. Super convenient freeway access.

OK for 1 night

The property is in the middle of renovations. Upon check in, I was informed the full breakfast was not available. They would only be offering coffee, juice, packaged muffins and some apples. I was annoyed by this and because I had called the night before to inquire about the fitness center. The website clearly states there is a fitness center, but when I called, they said they didn't have one. The room itself is basic, bed, desk, microwave that made the most awful noise while cooking, fridge, closet and TV. I had to call the hotel to ask about a hairdryer. It was suppose to be under the sink but there wasn't one in my room. Front desk dropped one off, but it obviously came off of a wall from another location. They gave me the entire wall unit hair dryer. Very odd. Room was clean enough, beds were ok, TV remote didn't work, so couldn't control the volume and the volume buttons on the TV itself didn't work either.

We were on a snowboard trip. Choose this hotel because of continental breakfast and pet friendly. We arrived from California and there was no breakfast and we wete charged 25 for our pet. These things should be disclosed at time of reservstion. I would have choosen a different hotel.
