The stay we didnโt satisfied because at check in they didnโt told us the hotel doesnโt have breakfast for free plus they said we can leave the hotel until checking time because they will charge us for extra I was not satisfied plus I went to eat breakfast and turn off my tv from room came back to the room turn on tv like 9 didnt turn on at all idk if they handle everything from receptionist the tv we call receptionist to tell her about the tv they never did anything at all since 9 until closing to check out with out tv at all plus they charge the breakfast too in the hotel no free breakfast like others hotel I didnโt like service at all !!!!

Hotel is now charging for parking
Over all the stay was very comfortable and the amenities are the best albeit the restroom needed a good cleaning. Parking is an issue. The spaces are so close that a single vehicle can barely fit in the lane. Pulling out forward or in reverse required a series of adjustments so as not to hit the adjoining vehicle. Also I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay for parking on top of paying for the hotel.

The toilet wouldn't flush - had to keep holding the handle. Also, the shower did not drain. All of my family couldn't shower.
The pool had broken tiles.

I rated this hotel low because they charge their guests for parking. The Hilton Garden just 1/4 mile away had guest parking but NOT this Hilton. I checked in an then was told i had to pay if i wanted to park my car. They have zero parking for their Guest!!! That's outrageous. Also, the room was bad, the shower handle came off in my hand, the AC would not go below 69', and the maids left their cleaning towels in our room. Only good thing was the food was good and not overpriced at their restaurant.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. I reported two issues the first morning, the first was addressed immediately; the second never did get fixed and while it wasn't a deal breaker it would have been nice to know why. The pool area is quite nice; but the fan is Incredibly loud and not in a "white noise" way-- it prevented conversation. Staff was very polite.
