Booked an accessible room. Checked in, transferred luggage into the room, then realized that it was not an accessible room. Texted the office as a reply to their welcome text, and waited 20 minutes, no response. I went back to the office and explained the situation to the hotel personnel. He then told me that the room I had booked was removed from service earlier that morning.
There was no attempt to contact me, and he did not reveal the situation when I was checking in. So he had to issue me a refund and I had to load everything back into my car, and find another hotel.
Not happy!
