everything was good except the only issue was there is no lift, and the nearest car parking is 10min walk. Bringing large / medium bags is a challenge trek and climb.

Was easy to walk to from train. Check in was easy...location location location! Was great! Lots of restauraunts, groceries close by. Room looks exactly as photos .. bed, bedding and towels awesome! Ohhh bathroom and shpwer a we bit small and lots of stairs...

Amazing Place - Incredible Host

Brilliantly located apartment. Restaurants just below have a superb atmosphere. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed. Centre of Lubljana being fully pedestrianised, this was barely a 6-7 minute flat walk from the point from which cars are not allowed. The biggest highlight of our trip was how amazing our host Savo was. He went absolutely out of his way at the time of check-in to welcome us as we had arrived early, and also allowed us to use the room before our booked check-in time. Most incredibly, at the time of our check-out, Savo voluntarily brought his car to the hotel to take us to the car rental garage where we rented our car. He came early at 9:30 since cars are only allowed in the downtown area from 6-10AM. He also stayed at the rental garage for 1 hour to ensure that our car rental procedure went seamlessly. Best experience!!!

The only negative thing I found (and it bother me because I was traveling with kids) was the cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9:30, then at 9:45 pointing at her watch, when checking out is at 10. As we are asked to check in at 3pm, I was expecting to be left alone until 10am.

Excellent location with river view in the heart of the old center. Even though it was located on a busy river walkway the double window system kept it quiet and comfortable. Luka, the owner I dealt with, was responsive and friendly. Excellent place within walking distance of most everything to see in Ljubljana. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, although the dining out is great. Shower was strong and hot.

A nice cosy room in the centre of Ljubljana. The owner was absolute class - she helped us have a great time. She was very polite and helpful, she provided information about everything we needed. The only advice I could give them is to try to keep the restaurant downstairs quieter after 22:00. Thanks for everything 🙏

A bit of a let down

We stayed at these apartments in 2015 and they were lovely, but they haven’t been very well maintained since then. Definitely showing wear and could use a renovation (or, at the very least, a good dusting). The windows are also very thin so we could hear yelling from the bar downstairs until 3am both nights of our visit; it did not make for a restful night’s sleep. Not as comfortable as we found it before, but serviceable and in a superb location overall.

Ljubljana apartment

Location in old town very good. Check in was okay after calling reception for checkin details. Never saw anyone in office during stay. Wet towel left in separate toilet when we arrived. No shower gel, container empty. TV not tuned in and safe was locked and unusable. Owner was contacted during stay, it is inconvenient to get a taxi to airport as we had to walk to Union hotel. Tourists information centre was very helpful in booking our taxi to airport. Apartment needs some TLC.
