Location is bad, inconvenient to go be hot place.
Worse thing is ; when check in, reception cheated. My reservation is already including breakfast but she offered additional payment for breakfast, Eur 40 per day. Later(next day) I found it and asked to correct it, ie, to cancel Eur 120(40 x 3 days). But the staffs of front desk repeatedly lied. Finally talked to manager and corrected.
During this, I had to talk and talk same story with 3 staffs. And reported this problem to Expedia but expdia did not give any help. After all I talked with the manager of the hotel, solved this problem by myself.
Consumers need from hotel not only location and facilities but also GOOD SERVICES.
This experience made me big disappointment to Intercontinental Hotel as well as Expedia.
