I booked for 2 rooms. At check in I paid for each room separately. The next morning I checked my bank and saw that 3 rooms were pending, causing my account to be 140$ less than expected. Due to it being a weekend, I have to wait till Monday to access those funds. A bit inconvenient. Staff was excellent. Everyone had a good attitude, and a helpful nature. Didnโt see any literature about your dining in house, and an extra blanket in the closet wouldnโt hurt. All in all a good experience except the billing process.

The website quoted a price and it was rounded up to the next dollar. The room appeared okay at first glance. The tissue holder was loose. There was a stain already on the pillow that looked like a pen stain. And there was a visible mold stain on the ceiling. I feel that when I book through Hotels.com Iโm given a subpar room often.

Horrible no free breakfast and parking is horrible
You guys charge so much money to stay there and no free breakfast!!!! The parking is the worseโฆ Itโs ridiculous!!! I was told that it was twenty dollars a day which is a lot and not to mention paying ever time you leave and come back โฆ extra 200.00 a rip off !!! Never as gain will I stay or recommend anyone. Hotel from hell

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Changed rooms and still didnโt get a clean one. TERRIBLE customer service. All around bad experience.
